I am 21 years old. I was born in Bury St Edmunds, England. My family immigrated to New Zealand when I was 5 years old and I have considered myself a Kiwi ever since. I reflect a varied personality including ambition, and the qualities of generosity and thoughtfulness. I am also a very determined and vigorous individual, yet very resilient. I encourage fighting for what you desire and dream for as I believe anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I work full time as a dental receptionist, motivated by my passion for helping people and customer service. Within the next few years I have a definitive goal of becoming a dental assistant or even further progressing into becoming a dental hygienist. I competed in Miss Auckland 2017 and was fortunate enough to win 1st Runner up. Competing in pageants has completely changed my outlook on life and has changed me as a person. Nothing can compare to the feeling of being involved in helping others and changing someone’s life for the better. Pageantry is a doorway for those who want to be on stage, give back, and learn more about themselves. I never saw pageantry as a competition, I always looked at it as a learning experience. Apart from the above, I have a passion for playing football. I have been playing football since a very young age and have played in a few tournaments and represented my school in the first eleven football team. This year I am playing for Metro football club which is based in Mt Albert in Auckland. I would say that the most important thing in life to me is definitely my loved ones.
